Online payments using a checking account are free to our customers and is the most convenient way to pay rent on time, every month. Automatic payments can be scheduled so that our customers can set up their portal and never have to worry about being late with rent payments.
The best way to request maintenance is through AppFolio because the request goes directly to our Property Management team for efficient and rapid response times. You can also check the status of any maintenance request and follow up on those requests through the portal.
